Luna Essence
Birth & Postpartum Doula Training

Luna Essence is a transformative, evidence based birth and postpartum doula course that blends practical training with the intuitive heart of birthwork. Rooted in sacred cycles and years of hands on doula experience, this 4x day doula training offers a rich foundation in both the science and soul of support. You’ll gain essential skills, practical knowledge, and confidence to walk alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with deep presence and care.

In addition to the four immersive training days, each student is personally supported and mentored through a practical experience; ensuring real world preparation and individualised guidance on your path to becoming a confident, capable doula.

Luna Essence runs over a 2x weekends. The first 3x days are offered virtually (to offer flexibility) and the final day is a full day all together in Melbourne, including a shared lunch.
